AFS students to talk about home countries

International students attending Sheboygan County schools again will share information and a treat from their home countries with community members.
The final set of 2025-26 AFS Student Presentations will begin at 3:30 p.m. Sunday April 19 in the Plymouth High School Cafeteria, 125 S. Highland Ave.
Presenters
- Lowe from Sweden, who is attending Plymouth High School
- Ásdís from Iceland, who is attending Plymouth High School
- Muhammad from Indonesia, who is attending Sheboygan North High School
- Emilie from France, who is attending Sheboygan North High School
- Áureo from Mozambique, who is attending Sheboygan South High School
- Riley, a PHS student who went to Spain
About Plymouth AFS
AFS is a nonprofit with more than 75 years of experience in student exchange, and a great network of dedicated local volunteers to support host families and students throughout the exchange experience.
The Plymouth AFS chapter, one of the most active in the state, is hosting 16 foreign-exchange students this year, from Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, France, Germany (2), Iceland, Indonesia, Italy (2), Kosovo, Mozambique, Sweden, Thailand, and Turkmenistan.
Seven are attending Plymouth High School, with 3 at Sheboygan North, 3 at Sheboygan South, and one each at Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah, Sheboygan Falls, and Howards Grove.
