Registration due: Sunday Sept. 1

Practices: begin 2:45-4:30pm Wednesday Sept. 4 in the Riverview Gym

How do I participate?

Registration is handled by Community Education & Recreation. Registration questions may be directed to commedrec@plymouth.k12.wi.us or 920-892-5068.

PART 1: All participants must have a Physical Evaluation Form (pages 3-4) on file signed by a doctor since April 1, 2023.

PART 2: Register via the MyRec online registration system beginning in August. (Parents/guardians will need to create a MyRec account, if they do not already have one.)
Fee is $20. If financial assistance is necessary, please contact Community Ed & Rec.
