Registration due: before beginning practices

Optional practices: 8-9am Aug. 18-20 and 3-4pm Aug. 25-28 on the Riverview outdoor basketball courts

Regular practices: 2:45-4pm Tuesday Sept. 2 for fifth-grade only; beginning Wednesday Sept. 3 for all athletes

How do I participate?

Registration is handled by Community Education & Recreation.

PART 1: All participants must have Page 4 of the Physical Evaluation Form / Evaluación Física Previa A La Participación (pages 3-4) on file signed by a doctor based on an examination conducted since April 1, 2024.

PART 2: Register via the MyRec online registration system beginning in August. (Parents/guardians will need to create a MyRec account, if they do not already have one.)
Fee is $30/sport. If financial assistance is necessary, please contact Community Ed & Rec at commedrec@plymouth.k12.wi.us or 920-892-5068.
