Medicine of the Grandmothers: Stocks & Broths
Our grandmothers knew the healing benefit of incorporating long-cooked stocks and broths into their daily lives. This nourishing make-and-take hands-on workshop is filled with information about the benefits of healing stocks. It will offer participants inspiration for maximizing the nutritional value and flavor of homemade stocks and broths, as we include vegetables, mushrooms, beef, and chicken bones as well as herbs in our broths. Includes recipes, samples, and the base ingredients to make your own stock/broth at home.
