Families & community invited to school holiday shows

Parents, grandparents, and other community members are invited to experience the talents of Plymouth School District students at holiday performances!

The following shows are open to the public. Admission is free and performances are at Plymouth High School, 125 S. Highland Ave., or at Riverview Middle School, 300 Riverside Circle, unless otherwise indicated.

Riverview Choir Concert

Parkview Winter Concerts

Grades K-2 at 6pm / Grades 3-4 at 7pm Tuesday Dec. 9 in the PHS Auditorium
The theme is “Wonderful Winter Songs.” All grades will be speaking, singing, and playing sleigh bells. Grades 3-4 also will be playing boomwhackers, handbells, and recorders.

Riverview presents “Elf Jr.”

Tickets $7, available online via On the Stage, in the school office, and at the door
Featuring students in grades 7 and 8, this 75-minute show is appropriate for all ages. Buddy, a young orphan, mistakenly crawls into Santa's bag of gifts and is transported to the North Pole. The would-be elf is raised, unaware that he is actually a human, until his enormous size and poor toy-making abilities cause him to face the truth. With Santa's permission, Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father and discover his true identity. Faced with the harsh reality that his father is on the naughty list and that his half-brother doesn't even believe in Santa, Buddy is determined to win over his new family and help New York remember the true meaning of Christmas.
