The Plymouth School District would like to take this opportunity to thank our students, employees, families, volunteers, and donors for supporting our mission of encouraging everyone to see and be their personal best through successful learning experiences!

Parent-teacher organizations

We are so grateful to our parent-teacher organizations and those who support them for their help with field trips and other learning opportunities!

In the past year, our students have benefitted from at least $16,951 in donations raised by parent-teacher organizations:

  • $6,505 from Riverview RAPT for transportation to Bay Beach Amusement Park, Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary, Camp Anokijig, Kalahari Resort, Lakeland University, Lakeshore Lanes, UW-Oshkosh
  • $4,217 from Horizon PATH for transportation to American Family Field, Betty Brinn Children's Museum, Bookworm Gardens, Camp Anokijig, Henry Vilas Zoo, Hickory Lane Farms, Lakeland University, Milwaukee County Zoo, Mulberry Lane Farm, Plymouth Fire Station, Riveredge Nature Center, Sheboygan Historical Museum, Spieker’s Pumpkin Farm, YMCA Camp Y Koda
  • $3,259 from Parkview PTK for transportation to Buechler Farms, Camp Anokijig, Hickory Lane Farms, Madison, Maywood, The Little Farmer, Riveredge Nature Center, Shalom Wildlife Sanctuary, Sheboygan County Museum, Spieker’s Pumpkin Farm, YMCA Camp Y Koda
  • $2,970 from Fairview PTO for transportation to Camp Anokijig, Kelley's Farmstead, Lakeland University, Maywood, Milwaukee County Zoo, Shalom Wildlife Sanctuary, Sheboygan County Museum, Spieker’s Pumpkin Farm, The Little Farmer, Wade House Historic Site, Wisconsin State Capital, YMCA Camp Y Koda

Plymouth Education Foundation

We are thankful for the Plymouth Education Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization created in 1988 to enhance the educational experience of our students!

The foundation provided $8,200 in large grants and $3,357 in mini-grants during the 2024-25 school year:

  • Riverview Physical Education Fitness Center: $4,900 for new treadmills; requested by Gina Krueger, Riverview physical education teacher
  • Trout in the Classroom: $3,300 in resources for students to raise fish in the classroom; requested by Heather Thompson, Parkview 3rd-grade teacher
  • PHS Photo Backdrop: $511 for a backdrop to use at school events; requested by Jamie Piontkowski, district communications coordinator
  • Outdoor Learning Space: $500 for a tent and benches for an outdoor classroom; requested by Heather Thompson, Parkview 3rd-grade teacher
  • Growing Voracious Readers: $500 for books for the classroom library; requested by Stacey Osterberg, Riverview 5th-grade teacher
  • Keyboards for Horizon: $500 to buy keyboards for use in music class; requested by Jen Erdly, Horizon music teacher
  • Keyboards for Fairview: $500 to buy keyboards for use in music class; requested by Jen Erdly, Fairview music teacher
  • Toniebox Audiobook Literacy Station: $471 for a listening station; requested by Cady Meyer, Horizon kindergarten teacher
  • Cricut Replacement: $375 to replace images in the Sensory Hallway and other school uses; requested by Jen Kiekhoefer, Fairview speech-language pathologist
