PHS blood drive open to public

Parents, grandparents, and other adults in our community are invited to participate in the next blood drive at Plymouth High School!

The drive will be held from 8:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday Nov. 5 in the school gym, 125 S. Highland Ave. Donors should schedule an appointment online in advance. Please bring a driver’s license or other government-issued identification and enter Door 1G.

The blood drive is organized by the PHS Student Council and conducted by the Red Cross.

All donors can receive:

• A $10 e-gift card to a merchant of their choice and a chance to win one of three $5,000 prizes (details at rcblood.org/harvest).
• A newly designed, limited-edition Red Cross x Metallica T-shirt (sent by mail, while they last) and a chance to score a one-of-a-kind ESP Guitars Snakebyte guitar featuring the exclusive Red Cross x Metallica design created by famed Metallica artist SQUINDO and personally autographed by all Metallica band members (details at https://rcblood.org/Metallica).
• A vintage Badgers or another Big Ten college T-shirt (while they last) through the “We Give Blood” BIG 10 challenge when you register your donation at http://www.bigten.org/abbott/.
