Looking back at PHS in 1925

This year marks the 100th anniversary of the graduation of the 53 members of the Plymouth High School Class of 1925.
Here is a look back at their senior year!

Extracurriculars

Student activities and extracurriculars included:

• Agriculture Society, which managed the annual school Agricultural Fair
• Band
• Boys Athletic Association
• Boys Basketball
• Chorus
• Commercial Club
• Debating Teams, Affirmative and Negative
• Forensics
• Girls’ Athletic Association
• Girls Basketball
• Girls Glee Club
• High School Girls’ Reserve, a Christian organization
• Operetta “The Bells of Beaujolais”
• Oratory and Declamatory
• Dramatic Club, which game he annual Christmas entertainment and a Washington-Lincoln program, plus two one-act plays, “Our Neighbors” and “The Mouse Trap”
• Mullet Ripple newspaper
• Quit Qui Oc yearbook
• Orchestra
• School play “Come Out of the Kitchen”
• Stock Judging Team
