Plymouth School District Community Education & Recreation is offering Babysitting Clinic, Cycle & Core, Sourdough Bread Baking 101, Holiday Wreath Building, November Fit Saturday, and Leather Earring Making soon!
Babysitting Clinic
For grades 5-8 (ages 10+). Learn to be a better babysitter and earn a certificate of completion to show potential clients.
Instructor: Denise Roth
Details: 3-5pm Mon Nov 3 & Tues Nov 4 at Riverview
Fee: $21 through Oct 27 then $31

Cycle & Core
njoy an endless variety of intervals of high cardio bouts on the bike and core strength exercises off the bike to improve strength and endurance.

Sourdough Bread Baking 101 - NEW!
Learn the skills of baking sourdough bread in this hands-on class. You will be guided through a beginner friendly recipe covering the basics of a true sourdough starter through mixing, proofing, and shaping and scoring techniques. You will leave with bread dough in progress and a sourdough starter.

Holiday Wreath Building - NEW!
Experience the beauty of nature and creativity in this hands-on wreath-making class, featuring locally grown blooms and greenery from Airy Point Farms. You'll learn the fundamentals of floral design as applied to wreath construction — covering techniques for building a balanced base, layering textures, selecting seasonal colors, and crafting a cohesive design. Whether you're a beginner or a flower enthusiast, this workshop offers a joyful way to connect with the land, explore your artistic side, and create a one-of-a-kind wreath to take home and enjoy. All materials and supplies are included.

Leather Earring Making - NEW!
Calling all jewelry lovers and DIY enthusiasts! Join a fun, hands-on workshop where you'll learn to create your own stunning, handcrafted leather earrings. From bold statement pieces to everyday styles, you’ll leave with beautiful accessories that are uniquely you. No experience needed — just bring your creativity!

How do I register?
- Online: If possible, please register online via MyRec, which carries no service fee and offers immediate confirmation. (You first will need to create a MyRec account, if you have not already done so; once we verify residency and approve the account, you can register for any of our offerings going forward.)
- In person: You can register in our office, where we will help set up your MyRec account and can accept cash, check, and credit cards. Park in the visitor lot in front of Plymouth High School, 125 S. Highland Ave., and enter Door 18 on the south end of the building. Our office is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.
- By mail: While MyRec registration is preferred, you still can print a registration form to mail with a check to Community Ed & Rec, 125 S. Highland Ave., Plymouth WI 53073.
