Community Ed & Rec planning autumn activities
Plymouth School District Community Education & Recreation will offer 47 learning and wellness opportunities for all ages this autumn, including 10 new ones!
What is new for Autumn 2026?
- Experienced Women’s Weightlifting: This challenging full-body workout combines advanced strength training with cardio-focused exercises to build power, endurance, and athletic performance.
- Aqua Fit & Fun: This upbeat water workout combines easy-to-follow movements, cardio, and resistance exercises to help improve strength, endurance, and energy—all while moving to great music in the pool.
- Meal Prep Session: Practice efficient prep techniques, food safety, and smart kitchen organization as you prep 3 ready-to-heat & eat or assemble-in-minutes meals.
- Herbs for the Health of the Skin: Learn to make your own infused oils, salves, lotions, compresses and poultices.
- Understanding Pelvic Floor Health: Women are invited to better understand their pelvic floor and the important role it plays throughout every stage of life.
- 3C’s - Collagen, Cortisol and Creatine: Learn what they all do, how to get collagen and creatine in the diet, what supplement options are valid, and how to affect them with diet and exercise.
- Instant Ukulele for Busy People: This online course will teach you basic chords so you can get playing along with your favorite songs right away using your own instrument at home.
- Instant Guitar for Busy People: This online course will teach you basic chords so you can get playing along with your favorite songs right away using your own instrument at home.
- Sugar Cookie Decorating Workshop: Participants will receive basic instructions and learn techniques for decorating cookies that will impress holiday guests, then put their new skills to the test decorating cookies to take home.
- Mini Pumpkin/Gourd: Unleash your autumn creativity by designing your very own Halloween or Thanksgiving centerpiece.

You can pick up a printed Autumn Activity Guide in our office beginning Friday Aug. 21 or shortly after that at locations throughout the community. Call 920-892-5068 or email commedrec@plymouth.k12.wi.us with your address if you'd us to mail you a copy.
You can preview all summer offerings beginning Tuesday Aug. 25 via the MyRec online registration system. Registration will open at 11 a.m. Wednesday Aug. 26.
Online registration via MyRec is preferred. (If you do not already have a MyRec account, please create one now; we need to verify residency and manually approve your account, so there will be a delay in your ability to register Aug. 26 if you do not already have an account.)
