The Plymouth School District is welcoming several new administrators for the 2026-27 school year!

Mikaylah Albright

District Director of Food Service
Education: Certificates in Restaurant Management from the U.S. Department of Labor and National Restaurant Association
Experience: Assistant General Manager at Chili's in Kohler for 9 years
Interests: I have two cats and a great dane as well as a love of camping, reading, and gardening.
What are you most excited about this year? Creating new relationships with staff and growing the Food Service Department

Kristi Bachar

Riverview Middle School Assistant Principal
Education: Bachelor of Education with a minor in Computer Science from Lakeland College; Master’s Degree from Lakeland College
Experience: Middle school principal for 4 years at the Milwaukee Academy of Science, then Campbellsport Middle School Principal for the last 9 years
Interests: Golfing, traveling, and watching my kids play sports
What are you most excited about this year? I look forward to getting to know our Riverview students and families, building strong relationships, and working together to make this a great year. I’m especially excited to help create a positive school culture where students feel supported and challenged, and experience joy in learning. 
Is there anything else you want people to know? Having lived in Plymouth for many years, this opportunity feels especially meaningful to me. My children have experienced Plymouth schools from elementary and middle school and are now at Plymouth High School. I’m excited to give back to a community that has been such an important part of our family’s lives.

District Director of Student Services
Education: Proud graduate of PHS, Class of '89; Bachelor in Science in Psychology from the University of Evansville in Evansville, Ind.; Master’s of Science in Education, School Psychology from UW-Whitewater; Administrative Certification from UW-Milwaukee
Experience:
-School Psychologist, CESA 3 (Riverdale and Richland School Districts), 1995-99
-Director of Student Services, School Psychologist, and High School Associate Principal:  Kiel Area School District 1999-2020
-Director of Student Services/School Psychologist:  Reedsville School District, 2020-22
-School Psychologist:  Sheboygan Area School District, 2022 - 2026
Interests: Reading, golfing, spending time with family
What are you most excited about this year? I am excited to serve the Plymouth Joint School District as Director of Student Services. My goal is to support staff, students, and families in meeting the needs of all of our learners.

Riverview Middle School Principal
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from UW-Platteville; Master’s Degree from Concordia University-Mequon
Experience: Teacher and principal in West Bend; assistant principal in Slinger
Interests: 3 sons, married for 25 years this year. Baseball is big in our family. I enjoy classic rock music, reading, and cooking.
What are you most excited about this year? Meeting all the great students and families at Riverview and learning about the district and community!

Fairview Elementary School Principal
Education: Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from UW-Green Bay; Master of Science in Administrative Leadership from UW-Milwaukee; Superintendent Certification from Cardinal Stritch University
Experience:
-Port Washington-Saukville School District as High School Principal 2002-11, then Director of Special Services 2011-22
-Plymouth School District: Teacher Wellness and Resiliency Coach, Administrative Coach, and Interim/Substitute Elementary Principal
Interests: Outside of school, I enjoy hunting, fishing, woodworking, participating in craft fairs, and spending time with my grandchildren.
What are you most excited about this year? I am most excited about the opportunity to build on the incredible sense of community at Fairview. I am looking forward to getting to know our students and families even better, supporting our staff, celebrating successes, and creating a school where students are excited to come each day.
Is there anything else you want people to know? I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve as the principal at Fairview Elementary, and I’m looking forward to a great year together!
