Plymouth School District Community Education & Recreation is offering a Bouquet Building class and a new Nautical Watercolor Workshop this summer!
Bouquet Building
This hands-on class lets you experience The Art of Agriculture in full bloom. Using flowers grown locally and lovingly at Airy Point Farms, you’ll learn the fundamentals of floral design, including arrangement techniques, color selection, and seasonal styling. Whether you’re a beginner or a flower enthusiast, this creative workshop is a joyful way to connect with nature, nurture your artistic side, and take home a beautiful, handcrafted bouquet! All supplies included.

Details: 6:30-8pm Wednesday July 29 in the PHS Food Science & Agriculture Center
Fee: $66 through July 22, then $76; includes all supplies

Nautical Watercolor Workshop - NEW!
Set sail into the world of watercolor in this relaxing, beginner-friendly workshop inspired by the coast. In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn foundational watercolor techniques while painting nautical-themed subjects, such as: sailboats, anchors, lighthouses, and ocean landscapes. Perfect for beginners and experienced painters alike. No experience is required and all materials will be provided.

Details: 5:30-7:30pm Tuesday August 11 in the PHS Art Room
Fee: $26 through August 4, then $30; includes all supplies

How do I register?
- Online: If possible, please register online via MyRec. There is no fee for registering online, though our credit-card processer assesses a fee for online payments. You can avoid the fee by selecting “Print a pre-registration form” for your Checkout Method, and then mailing a check or paying in person with cash or check. Please note that your spot is not reserved until we receive payment.
- In person: You can register in our office, where we will help set up your MyRec account and can accept credit cards (for a fee), checks, and cash. Park in the visitor lot in front of Plymouth High School, 125 S. Highland Ave., and enter Door 18 on the south end of the building. Our office is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays (closing at noon Fridays June 12-Aug. 21).
- By mail: While MyRec registration is preferred, you still can print a registration form to mail with a check to Community Ed & Rec, 125 S. Highland Ave., Plymouth WI 53073.
