Summer School registration has closed, but the Plymouth School District offers additional ways to keep students learning, exploring, and moving during the summer months!
Community Education & Recreation offers all-day childcare for elementary school students during the summer.
There is a nonrefundable registration fee of $50/child, which helps offset costs so families are not charged for days missed because of illness, vacation, etc. Fees are $5 per hour ($4 per hour for those attending Extra Mile three or more days a week).
Existing childcare members: Visit the Child Care section of MyRec and register each child for Summer Child Care in Berry Branch or Extra Mile, as appropriate, and pay the $50 registration fee (or register for summer and fall and pay the $120 registration fee).
New families: Visit the Child Care section of MyRec and follow the steps below:
1. Create a MyRec account for your household, if you do not already have one.
2. Register each child for Summer Child Care in Berry Branch or Extra Mile, as appropriate, and pay the $50 registration fee (or register for summer and fall and pay the $120 registration fee).
3. Sign up for a Berry Branch or Extra Mile membership when prompted; this generates the scan code you will need going forward.
