The Wisconsin Singers, UW-Madison’s premier touring production, is bringing its 56th season to Plymouth High School.

The PHS show choir, Momentum, will open the show at 7:30 p.m. Friday Feb. 16 in the PHS Auditorium, 125 S. Highland Ave. Reserved-seat tickets cost $15 for adults and $10 for students, and are available in the PHS office from 7 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. beginning Feb. 1 as well as at the door. Proceeds from the show benefit Momentum, whose director, Carter Krzyzaniak, is both a PHS and Wisconsin Singers alumni.

The 56th Wisconsin Singers show, “When Opposites Attract,” features captivating vocals, stunning choreography, and an electrifying 10-piece student band. The exhilarating pop music revue explores the variation in the world around us, and the unexpected greatness of bringing opposites and differences together.

Audiences will hear more than 50 songs in this fast-paced show, including top hits from artists including Tina Turner, Queen, Dolly Parton, and Michael Bublé, as well as numbers from “Hamilton,” “Wicked,” “Some Like It Hot,” and other award-winning Broadway musicals.

This original 90-minute show is performed by full-time UW students collectively studying more than 24 majors.
