Plymouth School District Community Education & Recreation is offering a new Freezer Meal Workshop, a new Fall Desserts class, and the popular Artisan Sourdough Breads this fall.
Spend one hour assembling four freezer meals to feed four to six people. Later add the protein of your choice and serve. Veggies, spices, herbs, bags, recipes, etc. all supplied. Take one class or both.

Sample a variety of sourdough and cast-iron baked breads while learning the art of fermentation bread making. Students will receive step-by-step instructions, recipes, a jar of starter, and ready-to-bake sourdough loaves.

Learn how to roast pumpkins to make your own pumpkin puree. Create three different fall desserts, including pumpkin crème brûlée, soft baked frosted pumpkin cookies, and a cream cheese-filled pumpkin roulade.
