Three unopposed in School Board election

Three incumbents are running without opposition for re-election to the Plymouth School District Board of Education in the Tuesday April 1 general election:

  • Dan Steinhardt: to represent Area A, the city of Plymouth
  • Janell Bohn: to represent Area B, the area outside the city
  • Tony Backhaus: to represent Area C, an at-large position

Regardless of where they live, all voters living within Plymouth School District boundaries can vote for any and all three candidates. The term of office is three years, beginning April 22.

Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. City of Plymouth residents vote at City Hall, 128 Smith St. Village of Cascade residents vote at Cascade Village Hall, 301 First St. Residents of other communities vote at their respective town halls, except that Town of Sherman residents vote at Silver Creek Fire House.
