The Plymouth School District can make your holiday shopping easier with these gift ideas for your favorite Plymouth High School student, Panthers fan, or Plymouth-area resident!
PHS has launched a new online spirit apparel store called the Panther Pro Shop with a variety of clothing featuring the Panthers pawprint logo and other designs.
About a year ago, Principal Joe Brandl suggested such a store to business teacher Todd Williams, who ran the school store when he was a teacher at Sheboygan South High School and has coordinated apparel orders for various PHS teams.
Panther Pro shop is operated by the PHS marketing class, in conjunction with Silly Toast Designs of Appleton, which Mr. Williams has worked with for soccer apparel. Proceeds benefit the PHS Business Education Department and the PHS Future Business Leaders of America chapter.
The store currently offers hats, T-shirts, sweatshirts, polos, and vests. “I’ve tasked each group to come up with new designs, so we’re always going to be adding to this store,” Mr. Williams recently told the Board of Education.
Panther Pro Shop closes briefly each month to process orders, which typically are delivered two to four weeks later. The current shopping cycle ends at 11:59pm Sunday Dec. 1. Orders can be shipped to your house for $12, or delivered to PHS for free pickup.
The class will be analyzing sales to determine which items to keep. “They can change the designs,” said District Business Manager Amy Williams. “If there’s one that working, they can keep it. If not, they can try something else.”
The marketing class also can set up satellite stores for PHS teams and organizations, or place bulk orders for them. Students work with coaches and advisors to learn what they want as far as types of apparel, and can create designs if desired.
Unlike most team stores, which are only available for a few weeks, these could be open year round, Mr. Williams noted. The Panther Pro Shop has team stores currently active for football and soccer, with more expected to be added.
How to buy: Visit the online Panther Pro Shop.

Please note that passes are not good for WIAA tournament series games.
