Panthers in the Postseason

Girls Basketball

The 9th-seeded Panthers defeated 8th-seeded Port Washington 64-56 Feb. 20 in the first round of Division 2 regionals. Plymouth now travels to 1st-seeded Beaver Dam at 7 p.m. Friday Feb. 23, with winner advancing to the regional final at 4 p.m. Saturday Feb. 24.

Sectionals are Feb. 29 in Menasha, with the sectional final March 2 in Watertown. The Division 2 State Girls Basketball Tournament will be March 8-9 in Green Bay.

Wrestling

PHS boys took 6th as a team and the girls 8th as a team at Division 2 individual sectionals Feb. 17 at Campbellsport. Competing for the Panthers were:

Silas Dailey (47-3) 1st at 190 pounds*
Sawyer Dailey (32-5) 1st at 157 pounds*
Landen Ramsey (34-12) 3rd at 132 pounds*
Jordan Trejo (15-16) at 175 pounds

Girls
Megan Schuenemann (18-1) 1st at 107 pounds*
Isabell Fisher (14-9) 4th at 165 pounds

*Advances to the Division 2 State Individual Wrestling Tournament set for Feb. 22-24 in Madison.

Earlier, the Panther boys took third as a team at Division 2 regionals held Feb. 10 in Kewaskum.

Boys Basketball

No. 2-seeded Plymouth has a bye for the first round of Division 2 regionals Tuesday Feb. 27 and will host either 7th-seeded Menasha or 10th-seeded Green Bay West at 7 p.m. Friday March 1, with the regional final Saturday March 2.

Sectionals will be March 7 in Ashwaubenon, with the sectional final March 9 in Whitefish Bay. The Division 2 State Boys Basketball Tournament will be March 15-16 in Madison.

Boys Hockey

The 9th-seeded Red Raiders Hockey co-op team, which includes four players and three managers from PHS, lost a Division 1 regional Feb. 13 to 8th-seeded Ashwaubenon 3-2 in triple overtime.

Boys Swim & Dive

PHS took 11th at the Division 2 sectional it hosted Feb. 9-10.
