Students to talk about Brazil, Turkey, & Estonia

Foreign-exchange students attending Plymouth High School and area schools again will share information and food from their home countries with the public.

The next set of AFS Student Presentations will begin at 3:30 p.m. Sunday Feb. 18 at Generations, 1500 Douglas Drive. Presenters will be Sofia and Henrique from Brazil, Zeynep from Turkey, and Kristina from Estonia.

Mark your calendar: The final AFS Student Presentations will be held April 21, featuring Francisca from Chile, Giulia from Italy, Tom from Japan, and Linda from Jordan.

About Plymouth AFS

The Plymouth AFS chapter is hosting 11 foreign-exchange students this year, from Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey. Most are attending Plymouth High School, with one student each at Elkhart Lake, Kohler, and Random Lake. Plymouth AFS is one of the most active chapters in the state, having hosted 159 students from 51 different countries since 2012.
