The Plymouth School District would like to take this opportunity to thank our students, employees, families, volunteers, and donors for supporting our mission of encouraging everyone to see and be their personal best through successful learning experiences!

Plymouth Education Foundation

We are so thankful for the Plymouth Education Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization created in 1988 to enhance the educational experience of our students.

The foundation provided $5,927 in large grants and $1,873 in mini-grants during the 2022-23 school year, including:

  • PHS Music Tech: upgraded technical equipment in the music rooms at Plymouth High School
  • Shine Bright with Light and Learning: light table and accessories for learning at Parkview Elementary School
  • JA My Future: Junior Achievement class regarding future planning for Riverview Middle School seventh-graders
  • Maps for Learning: updated world map for Rachel Moore’s fifth-grade classroom at Riverview
  • Reading Through Music: music books for students to use while making music with elementary music teacher Jennifer Erdly
  • Stone Soup Project: grow lights for seedlings grown in Heather Thompson's second-grade classroom at Parkview
  • Egg incubator: for chicks hatched in Cady Meyer’s and Janel Eernisse’s kindergarten classes at Horizon
  • HOSA Dues: state competition fees for the new PHS club for future health professionals advised by Carrie Pieper

Additional donors

Thanks to all who made donations to the Plymouth School District during the past year, including:

  • Riverview RAPT: $2,397 for transportation to Skyzone and Discovery World
  • Horizon PATH: $2,026 for transportation to Camp Y-Koda, Camp Anokjig, Fischer Farm, Madison State Capital, Book Worm Garden, Nourish, Shalom Zoo and the Milwaukee Museum
  • Fairview PTO: $1,525 for transportation to Nourish Farm, Fischer Farm, Manitowoc Farm-Discovery, Camp Y-Koda, Camp Anokijig and the Milwaukee Zoo
  • PHS World Language Club: $1,368 for transportation to Madison
  • Parkview PTK: $1,116 for transportation to Camp Y-Koda, Manitowoc Discovery, Fischer Farm, Kohler-Andrae State Park, Milwaukee Museum, Nourish, Vision Farm and Sheboygan County Historical Museum
  • PHS Activity Club: $826 from for transportation to Fox Valley Technical College and University of Oshkosh
  • Plymouth FFA: $231 for transportation to Fischer Farms
  • PHS German Club: $134 for transportation to Osthoff Resort
  • Central Specialty Pet in Chilton: 76 boxes of pet bedding to be used in the Agriculture Program at Plymouth High School
