Foreign-exchange students attending Plymouth High School for the 2023-24 school year

Students to talk about Belgium, Finland, Germany, & Lebanon

Foreign-exchange students attending Plymouth High School and area schools will share information and food from their home countries with the public.

The first set of 2023-24 AFS Student Presentations will begin at 3:30 p.m. Sunday Nov. 5 at Generations, 1500 Douglas Drive. Presenters will be Lotta from Belgium, Pihla from Finland, Lukas from Germany, and Stephanie from Lebanon.

Mark your calendar: Additional AFS Student Presentations will be held:

  • Feb. 18: featuring Sofia and Henrique from Brazil, Zeynep from Turkey, and Kristina from Estonia
  • Apr. 21: featuring Francisca from Chile, Giulia from Italy, Tom from Japan, and Linda from Jordan

About Plymouth AFS

The Plymouth AFS chapter is hosting 11 foreign-exchange students this year, from Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey. Most are attending Plymouth High School, with one student each at Elkhart Lake, Kohler, and Random Lake. Plymouth AFS is one of the most active chapters in the state, having hosted 159 students from 51 different countries since 2012.
