Community Ed & Rec offers wellness classes

Plymouth School District Community Education & Recreation is offering new classes on reflexology and men’s and women’s hormonal health this fall!

The following classes will meet at Plymouth High School, 125 S. Highland Ave.

Reflexology 101 - NEW

Learn about reflexology and how our feet and hands are a map of our bodies. The instructor will demonstrate on a volunteer how stimulating reflex points can promote optimal functioning and total body relaxation.
Instructor: Mary F, student at the Ray of Hope Education Academy in Belgium, who will graduate in December
Details: 6-7:30pm Monday Nov. 6 in PHS Room C109 (enter Door #3)
Fee: $5 until Oct. 29, then $15

Men’s Health - NEW

Learn the ups and downs of the male hormonal cycles and how to use lifestyle, diet and herbs to help through the ups and downs of andropause.
Instructor: Dr. Dan Francis of Francis Chiropractic
Details: 6pm Wednesday Nov. 15 in the PHS Amphitheatre (enter Door #1)
Fee: $5 until Nov. 12, then $15

Women’s Health - NEW

Learn the ups and downs of the female hormonal cycles and how to use lifestyle, diet and herbs to help through the ups and downs of menopause.
Instructor: Dr. Dan Francis of Francis Chiropractic

Fee: $5 until Dec. 3, then $15

Online (preferred): plymouthwi.myrec.com (If you have not done so already, you will need to create a MyRec account; once we verify residency and approve the account, you can register for any of our current offerings.)
By mail: Download the printable registration form and send it to Community Ed & Rec, 125 S. Highland Ave., Plymouth WI 53073.
In person: Registrations are accepted from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays in our office on the south end of Plymouth High School. Park in the visitor lot in front of the school and enter at Door 18.
