Plymouth FBLA qualifies 45 for State

Congratulations to the Plymouth High School chapter of Future Business Leaders of America, which finished second in the Outstanding Chapter category at regionals, and to the 45 PHS students who qualified for state competition!

The Region VI Leadership Conference was held Feb. 1 at Sheboygan Falls High School, with 600 students from 29 schools competing in a variety of academic events related to business and information technology.

The following PHS students qualified to compete at the State Leadership Conference, set for March 31-April 1 in Green Bay:

Leadership conferences allow students to bridge the gap between school and real-world experiences, as well as get a chance to expand their network and be recognized for their efforts. At the regional conference, Melissa Winter, president of Acuity Insurance in Sheboygan, shared information about her path to finding success in the business world.
