Looking back at PHS in 2000

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the graduation of the Plymouth High School Class of 2000. Here is a look back at their senior year!

Homecoming

Homecoming Week 1999 featured:

• Girls’ powder puff football game
• Games, including a tricycle race and tug-of-war
• Homecoming Court Crowning
• Parade through downtown
• Football game
• Homecoming Dance

The arts

Performing opportunities included:

• Symphonic Band, Concert Band, Jazz Band, Wind Ensemble, German Band, Marching Band
• Mixed Choir, Women’s Chorus, Freshman Women’s Chorus, Swing Choir
• Fall play “The Face on the Barroom Floor”
• One-act play “Alice in Wonderland”
• Spring musical “Once Upon a Mattress”
• Cabaret, which allows students to sing jazz and contemporary songs
• Regional and State Solo & Ensemble competitions
