Parkview Parents and Teachers for Kids invites all area families to its first Community Movie Night!
Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. Thursday April 17, with "Chicken Little" beginning at 4:45 p.m. in the gym at Parkview Elementary School, 500 Parkview Drive. "Despicable Me 4" will begin around 7:15 p.m. Suggested donation is $5 per family.
The bleachers will be out to provide seating, but attendees also can bring blankets, cushions, or lawn chairs to set up on the gym floor.
Concessions, available for purchase in the cafeteria, will include mini donuts, popcorn, nachos, mac and cheese, ice cream, and other sweet treats.
The event also will feature raffle baskets, a silent auction, and a 50/50 raffle. Raffle items will be featured on the Parkview PTK Facebook Page leading up to the event.
Anyone interested in donating a raffle item can reach out to parkviewptk0@gmail.com. Parents, grandparents, and older siblings are welcome to sign up to volunteer.
