Panthers in the Postseason

Plymouth High School athletic teams competed in the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association tournament series. See how well they did!

Boys Basketball

The 5th-seeded Panthers had a bye for the first round of regionals March 4, then defeated 4th-seeded Brillion 63-58 in a regional semifinal March 7, but lost to 1st-seeded Notre Dame 86-59 in the regional final March 8.

Boys Wrestling

Competing for the Panthers at the Division 2 State Individual Tournament held Feb. 27-March 1 in Madison were:

  • Sawyer Dailey: 3rd at 190
  • Cameron Kulow: at 157

Earlier, the Panthers took 8th as a team at the regional held Feb. 15 in Kewaskum, and 10th as a team at sectionals held Saturday Feb. 22 in Waupun.

Girls Wrestling

PHS junior Megan Schuenemann took 6th at 114 pounds at the Girls Wrestling State Tournament held Feb. 27-March 1 in Madison.

Earlier, the Panthers took 5th as a team at regionals held Feb. 14 at Cedar Grove-Belgium, and 8th as a team at sectionals held Feb. 21 in Menasha.

Boys Swim & Dive

Competing for the Panthers at the Division 2 Boys Swim & Dive State Championships held Feb. 21 at Waukesha South were:

  • Eli Fuerst: 8th in Diving with 290.30
  • Colton Lindman: 9th in Diving with 286.45

Earlier, the Panthers took 7th as a team at the sectionals they hosted Feb. 14-15.

Girls Basketball

No. 7-seeded Plymouth defeated 10th-seeded Sheboygan South 48-21 in the first round of regionals Feb. 25, then lost to 2nd-seeded West De Pere 66-29 in the regional semifinal Feb. 28.

Boys Hockey

The 9th-seeded Red Raiders Hockey co-op team, which includes three PHS students, lost to 8th-seeded Ashwaubenon 1-0 in the first round of Division 1 regionals Feb. 18.
