Plymouth School District Community Education & Recreation is offering two new wellness classes this winter!
Learn to make herbal remedies that will assist in healing minor cuts and ailments. Begin by learning about several favorite healing herbs, then make several remedies you can take home to your medicine chest. Remedies include tea, infusions, decoctions, simple syrups, pastilles, sprays, compresses, and salves. Recipes & supplies included.

Third/final installment in the Detox Series. Learn how neurological-based spinal care can improve all areas of your life. Dr. Erika Owens, a neurological-based chiropractor, will discuss how stress impacts the nervous system and the whole body and explore methods to reduce stress and help the body heal. Bonus: Includes a complimentary nerve scan or mini-assessment using technology from the office.
