Accessing Your Storage Space From Home
To access storage from home system, Click HERE after reading the directions below
All District policies, including the Acceptable Use Policy, fully apply to this system
A login screen should appear* that looks something like this:
* If no login screen appears, your Internet browser isn't configured correctly. Try resetting the browser to its defaults.
* JavaScript and "session cookie" (for Internet Explorer) must be enabled. The system is compatible with Internet Explorer 5, 5.5, 6, and 7. Latest version of Mozilla Firefox is also compatible.
In the User name field, enter everything shown above, substituting your District network username for myusername and type your District network password in the Password field. Click OK.
Once the interface loads, the left-side of the screen will display all of the folders and files in your storage space.
Individual files will have a Get

Picture files will also have a View link, allowing you to view the picture file.o
Simple text files (not Word documents) will have an Edit link, allowing you to edit the text files using the interface’s built-in editor.To upload a file on your home computer to your storage space, use the File Upload section to browse for the file on your computer.
NOTES:
The speed at which the interface loads, files from your storage space download, and files from your computer upload depends entirely upon the speed of your Internet connection. If you’re attempting to download or upload big pictures, big PowerPoint or Publisher files, etc. a broadband Internet connection (DSL or Cable) is strongly recommended.
If, for some reason, when you click the Click HERE link at the top of this page and the login screen doesn’t appear, try again. If, after trying again, the login screen still doesn’t appear… your computer isn’t configured correctly.

The Plymouth School District is not responsible for any configuration problems with your home computer that either existed before or appeared after attempting to use this system.If you want to edit a file on your storage space from home, you must download it to your home computer, edit it, save it to your home computer, and use the File Upload feature to put the updated version on your storage space.
Certain types of files are not allowed to be uploaded to your storage space from home, including program files and audio/video files.
