PHS Junge Kameraden to play at German Night

Posted July 18, 2022

The Plymouth High School Junge Kameraden (German Band) again will be part of the annual Plymouth German Night, a free, family-friendly event.

German Night, which will run from 4 to 10 p.m. Thursday July 28 at Plymouth City Park, features German, Czech, and Austrian polkas, waltzes, and traditional music.

The PHS German Band will take the stage at 6 p.m., under the direction of band director Cody Wisman. Next, the Plymouth Municipal Band will play some of its favorite polkas and waltzes, followed by Dorf Kapelle, led by Plymouth native Sam Broeniman and featuring several musicians with local ties.

The PHS Fine Arts Booster Club will sell concessions, with proceeds benefiting all fine arts programs at PHS.
