Exit Interview of Administration, Faculty, and Staff
The
superintendent or designee will administer an exit interview survey with each
administrator, faculty, or staff member who chooses to leave the District for
other employment. The purpose of the
exit interview survey is to gain information to improve the education of
students, employment culture of the District, and the efficiency and
productivity of District operations. The
superintendent will maintain record of such surveys and a copy will be placed in
the individual’s personnel file.
