Posted May 6, 2019

Three Plymouth High School events were nominated for Exemplary Performances, and 37 events received First ratings at this year’s State Solo & Ensemble Music Festival.

PHS sent 83 events to the Wisconsin School Music Association-sanctioned event held April 27 at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Those events had received a Starred 1 rating in Class A at the district festival in March to advance.

At the state festival, three PHS events were nominated for the highest award, Exemplary Performance Recognition, which identifies the most exceptional performances:

  • Jazz Ensemble (awarded)
