Plymouth High School took first and second place in a chair-building contest sponsored by the Sheboygan County Home Builders Association.
Both chairs were designed and built by Dakota Cotter, Kody Hitsman, Trevor Schaefer and Kyle Schwibinger. They earned Tools for Schools grants for PHS of $1,000 for first place and $500 for second place, to spend at local lumber yards.
The projects were displayed with those from other area high school at the Home Expo held in March. Visitors to the show purchased raffle tickets for the chairs, with the money raised going toward the Tools for Schools grant.
