Plymouth High School food science students recently participated in a competition judged by Johnsonville Sausage professionals as part of their final exam.
Students were given concepts by Pam Yoder, Johnsonville food technologist, to develop and refine. The results then were judged by Ms. Yoder and a group of seven Johnsonville Sausage colleagues. The concepts the students worked on were turned over to Johnsonville Sausage for further refinement for their website and social media outreach.
