Plymouth High School is the place to be May 13, with three public events that day: Local Food Fair, PHS Culture Fair, and Panther Greenhouse Plant & Flower Sale.
Admission to each event is free, and all will be held Saturday, May 13 at Plymouth High School, 125 Highland Ave.

The second annual Local Food Fair, sponsored by Nourish, will feature food grown or produced in and around Plymouth. There will be about 15 exhibitors, local food for sale, free samples, free raffle prizes, and discussions about local food. The Local Food Fair will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the east parking lot, just outside the cafeteria.
Visitors learn about different languages and cultures at a past PHS Culture Fair.
This annual celebration, sponsored by the PHS World Language Department, will feature Arabic, Japanese, Spanish and German language and other cultural presentations. There will be entertainment and a raffle for an African drum, as well as sales of ethnic food and crafts from around the world. Participants will receive “passports” to have stamped at various stations, with completed passports entered into a prize drawing. The PHS Culture Fair will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the PHS cafeteria.

This annual sale, sponsored by the PHS Agriscience Department, features student-grown plants, including annual flowers in flats, baskets and planters, as well as vegetables and herbs. The sale will run from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. May 13 and also Saturday, May 20 in the PHS Food Science & Agriculture Center.
In addition, PHS drama students will present their final performance of the original play "Relationships: The WRITE Way!" at 7 p.m. that evening.
