PHS brings home 6 medals from LTC Culinary Competition

Plymouth High School students earned six medals at the recent culinary competition hosted by the Lakeshore Culinary Institute in Sheboygan.

The April 4 competition was judged by professional chefs, culinary arts instructors, and students enrolled in Lakeshore Technical College culinary courses.

The following PHS students earned medals in the Cupcake Competition:

  • Kaitlyn Thao: gold medal
  • Anna Koepke: silver medal
  • Alexis Schreiber: silver medal 
  • Isaac Lomibao: bronze medal

In addition, Carly Triebensee, Sydney Robinson and Hannah Bishop won a silver medal in the Garde Manger category with their Crab Salad Finger Sandwiches.

Ryan Petrie, Alex Kelly, Coach Derek Schweiger and Megan Krueger received a silver medal in the Create a Plate category.
