Riverview Middle School students have created a “stained glass” window featuring the school logo and motto.
The 70-inches in diameter circular design was inspired by the Riverview logo and modified by sixth-grader Kieran de Ridder. Under the direction of art teacher Tom Larsen, sixth-grade art students assembled the window in the style of stained glass, but using colored art tissue rather than glass.
The window, which also incorporates Riverview’s motto, "Grow, Learn, Lead," is best viewed at night or early in the morning.
