2013 Summer School
Summer School will run from June 17 through July 26, with the week of July 1 off. Summer School will run from 8 to 11:45 a.m. daily, with classes at Plymouth High School and Horizon Elementary School.
Registration
All registration will be handled online this year; basic and detailed instructions can be found at right. Registration should be completed, including payment of fees, by May 3; limited registrations will be accepted until May 28.
Current students should register through Skyward Family Access, using the "Family Access" link above. Out-of-district and parochial families who have attended Summer School in the past should call a public school office for their login information. New enrollees will need to visit Riverview or one of the elementary schools to register. Those without access to the Internet can visit any Plymouth school during regular school hours to register.

Fees
Registration is not complete until fees and completed health forms (available at the right) are received. Fees and health forms may be mailed to or dropped off at Riverview Middle School, 300 Riverside Circle, Plymouth WI 53073.
Fees are as follows:
45-minute class: $5
90-minute class: $10
All-morning class: $25
Woods: Fees for individual projects
Golf: Greens fee is $50+
Students who qualify for free and reduced lunches can attend summer school at no cost.
Summer Camps
A number of sports-related camps will be offered again this summer:
Plymouth Youth Football Camp: Plymouth High School football coaches will instruct participants in the basic fundamentals of football, weight training and the development of speed, power and agility.
Ages: For boys entering grades 5 through 9
Dates: July 15-17 at Plymouth High School
Fees: $35

Plymouth Boys Basketball Camp: Players will learn the basic fundamentals of shooting, ball-handling and passing. Camp emphasizes skill development along with team play, competition and fun.
Ages: For students entering grades 3 through 10
Dates: June 24–28 and/or July 8–12 at Riverview Middle School
Fees: $40/1 week, $50/2 weeks

Lady Panther Basketball Camp: The foundation of any good basketball program is the development of fundamental skills. This camp will focus on individual skill development along with team play.
Ages: For girls entering grades 4 through 9
Dates: June 17-21 at Plymouth High School

Swim Club: This serves as an excellent introduction to the sport of competitive swimming for younger students, while providing more experienced swimmers with focus training and improvement. Students can participate in a summer swim meet July 20.
Ages: For students ages 7 through college
Dates: June 17–28 and July 8–19 for ages 7 through 8th grade; June 12–July 31 for high school and college students

Strokes Camp: This camp offers the chance to refine and improve swimming strokes. Strokes camp will introduce swimmers to all competitive, reinforce the fundamentals and share helpful techniques, while experienced swimmers strive to perfect their strokes.
Ages: For students ages 7-17
Dates: July 22–25 at Plymouth High School
Fees: $20 for a 90-minute class for ages 7-14; $15 for a 60-minute class for ages 12-17

Panther Volleyball Camp: This camp teaches introductory volleyball skills, including passing, serving, and game play.
Ages: For students entering 5th through 9th grades
Dates: June 24-27 at Plymouth High School
Fees: $20 for grades 5 & 6; $50 for grades 7-9

Summer Child Care
Plymouth School District Community Education and Recreation will offer summer child care for children from 6 weeks old through those entering fifth grade in the fall.
Community Ed & Rec operates three programs:
• Mulberry Bush: For children 6 weeks to 4 years old. Located at Horizon Elementary School.
• Berry Branch: For children who will be entering kindergarten or first grade in the fall. Located at Horizon during Summer School and at Parkview Elementary School the rest of the time.
• Extra Mile: For children who will be entering second through fifth grades in the fall. Located at Horizon during Summer School and at Parkview the rest of the time.
Care is available from 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays at Mulberry Bush. The other programs are open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., except when Summer School is in session. Summer School runs from 8 to 11:45 a.m. weekdays from June 17 through July 26, with the week of July 1 off.
