538 Staff Evaluation
It shall be the responsibility of the Superintendent or his/her designee to develop and implement a system-wide program for the evaluation of all personnel in the district. The primary purpose of such evaluation shall be to ensure quality of performance and to assist all staff groups and individuals in their growth and performance.
Professional staff shall be evaluated in accordance with the current collective bargaining agreements and state law requirements. Support staff shall be evaluated in accordance with the Support Staff Employment Handbook, as approved by the Board. All other district staff shall be evaluated in accordance with established procedures.
