443.2 Student Conduct on School Buses
The bus is considered to be an extension of the school facilities. Transportation privileges shall be given to only those pupils who abide by established student conduct rules.
The District, in collaboration with the bus contractor, will establish rules and regulations for bus riders. Any student who breaks these rules shall be warned by the Principal of the serious consequences of such behavior.
A student, who continues this unacceptable behavior, may be deprived of the right to school bus transportation. Removal from bus riding shall be carried out consistent with state laws.
