130 School Board Legal Status

The Board of Education can transact business, which is legally binding on the district only when it is in session at regular or special meetings with a quorum present. Its proceedings shall be recorded in the minutes of the meeting.

The Board of Education shall consist of seven members.

Area Representation. Members of the Board of Education shall be elected as follows:

Three residents of City of Plymouth (Area A)

Three residents of the district outside City of Plymouth (Area B)

One resident of the district at large (Area C)
