You Can Help!
There are many ways you can help your schools, from collecting Box Tops to supporting fundraisers to volunteering in the classroom to remembering the district in your will.
Soup Labels, Box Tops, etc.
You can help the schools just by eating stuff – and saving the required box tops, labels and caps – or by designating Plymouth schools to benefit from your use of merchant cards.
Surplus craft and household supplies
Riverview Middle School welcomes unneeded supplies that can be used by students in upcoming class projects. Items needed include sewing supplies such as buttons and ribbon, crafting supplies such as pipe cleaners and googly eyes, household items such as foil and clothespins, artificial flowers, scrapbooking supplies, and paint and paintbrushes.
The schools and their parent-teacher organizations coordinate a number of fundraisers to raise money for unmet needs such as field trips and technology in the classroom.
Parents, grandparents and other community members are encouraged to volunteer their time in Plymouth schools, either on an ongoing basis or for a one-time event.
The district gratefully accepts monetary donations from parents, grandparents, alumni, local businesses and others who wish to support the Plymouth schools. Donations can benefit a specific school, project, program or club.
Plymouth Education Foundation
Since 1988, the Plymouth Education Foundation
has provided more than $500,000 in scholarships and grants to reward students and educators for their outstanding efforts in education.
