To print, click the print icon (the little printer) on the right side.  When the print window opens, where it says "Print Range" choose to print "Seven Days."  Next, check the box that says "Print Descriptions."  Click "Print" on the bottom of the window.  Another print window will open and click "OK" on this one as well.
