Healthy Snack Ideas for Parents

Are you running out of ideas? We can help!

Thiela Hefter, a senior and culinary arts student at PHS, has created and gathered some healthy snack ideas for parents in our district. Thiela is 17 years old and has completed a culinary internship at the Osthoff Resort and continues to work there as a prep chef. She plans to attend Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, NC, for an Associate degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's Degree in Food and Beverage Management. Thiela is looking forward to working with many different people in many different restaurants and one day hopes to try out for the show Top Chef or Chopped as well as own her own restaurant.

Thank you, Thiela! Check back monthly for more new ideas.
