Dodge event raises $2,800 for PHS basketball

The Dodge Booster Club Fundraiser raised $2,800 for the Plymouth High School Boys Basketball Booster Club.
In a unique fundraiser, Van Horn brought new Dodge vehicles to Riverview Middle School on July 21. Anyone ages 18 and up with a valid driver’s license who took a brief test drive and completed a short survey earned $40 for the booster club, with Van Horn and Dodge (corporate) each donating $20.
About 70 PHS parents, faculty and guests participated, raising $2,800 for the booster club.
Van Horn staff members were on hand at the fundraiser, helping out with the drives, answering product questions, and “talking cars” with interested parents and students.
Organizers hope to hold the fundraiser again next summer.
